3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Please note that all course fees are non-refundable.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our programs and limited class sizes, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

4. Course Attendance and Completion:

  • Regular attendance and participation are essential for successful program completion.
  • We reserve the right to dismiss students for disruptive behavior or failure to meet attendance requirements.
  • Course completion certificates are awarded upon successful program completion, meeting all attendance and participation requirements.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on our website and in our programs, including course materials, is the intellectual property of Bodhi Skills & Academy.
  • You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any course materials without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer:

  • The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
  • Bodhi Skills & Academy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.
